Job Description
The Marketing Studio is looking for a Creative Concierge to join our studio team. This role is a mix of content, social media, design, customer experience, and everyday studio life. You'll have your own book of members you get to know and work with regularly, helping bring their marketing to life, from filming and editing content to posting on social, creating graphics, and handling their everyday requests. You'll also be part of the in-studio experience, helping customers shop, answering questions, prepping for appointments, and keeping the studio looking and feeling its best. No two days will look exactly the same, and that's kind of the point. What You'll Do Members + Social Manage your own book of members Get to know their businesses, brands, and goals Be their go-to for everyday requests and communication Plan monthly content calendars Write captions and marketing copy Schedule and publish posts, reels, and stories Reply to DMs and comments Handle daily social engagement Find audio, trends, and content ideas that actually fit their brand Keep their projects, requests, and Workspace organized Content + Creative Plan and lead content sessions Shoot photo and video content Create shot lists and content ideas Edit reels, videos, photos, and other post-ready content Create social graphics and marketing materials Design flyers, menus, signage, promotions, and everyday brand pieces Handle revisions Organize and deliver final files Keep each member's Content Gallery updated Make sure everything feels consistent with their brand Around the Studio Welcome customers and appointments Help customers shop and find what they need Recommend products, services, and memberships Help with purchases and pickups Prep for content sessions and appointments Merchandise and restock the studio Keep the space organized, polished, and ready for the day Jump in and support the team when needed You'll Probably Love This Role If You... Live somewhere between marketing, content, design, and social media Have a really good eye Genuinely enjoy working with business owners Are organized without needing someone to constantly remind you what's next Can switch from editing a reel to helping a customer without missing a beat Know your way around Instagram and Meta Are comfortable filming and creating content Notice the little details Like a polished environment but don't need a traditional office Are warm, personable, and naturally good with people Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools is a plus. Experience in marketing, social media, content creation, hospitality, fashion, beauty, retail, or branding is also a plus.
