Part-Time Concierge/Limo Driver Location:

$17 per hour

varied days and hours

What You'll Do:

Work part-time with varied days and hours as needed to fill-in for the full-time concierge/limo drivers Welcome residents and guests Drive passengers to their destinations (including the airport) Receive and deliver packages Manage incoming calls and messages Monitor surveillance cameras and fire alarms Maintain visitor and contractor logs Ensure lobby area cleanliness Assist the supervisor as needed

We're Looking For:

Relevant customer service experience Conflict resolution skills Customer service experience with a strong focus on face-to-face interactions Excellent communication skills Proficient in basic computer skills and recordkeeping Can lift or move up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license with a clean MVR for at least the past 3 years Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon job offer Why Towne Properties?
