Job Summary We are seeking a professional, personable, and organized Front Desk Executive to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers, visitors, and guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent service, staying organized, and supporting a positive and professional workplace environment. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact and create a positive experience. Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members. Provide information about products, services, and company activities. Assist customers with general questions and requests. Support appointment scheduling and routine front desk activities. Receive and direct visitors appropriately. Assist with incoming mail, deliveries, and general office activities. Maintain accurate visitor, customer, and front desk information. Communicate customer questions and concerns to appropriate team members. Support customer service and engagement initiatives. Assist with general administrative activities as needed. Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and approachable personality. Customer-focused attitude and strong relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable communicating with customers in person and by phone. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
