The concierge team operates as an extension of the advisor teams, delivering proactive, high-touch support to Gold and Platinum client relationships. This opportunity is ideal for a credentialed professional who enjoys serving clients, solving complex issues, and helping advisors deliver excellent advice - without needing to build an individual book of business. In addition to managing sophisticated client and advisor needs, this person will help create stability, consistency, and leadership within a team that also develops future advisors. What You Will Do
  • Serve as a trusted extension of advisor teams for high-value client relationships, providing proactive and responsive support
  • Communicate directly with clients, coordinate complex requests, and ensure timely, polished follow-through
  • Support or execute trading and account activity within the scope of the candidate's registrations, role authority, and practice procedures
  • Complete analytical work and help advisors evaluate client opportunities and next steps
  • Anticipate client and advisor needs, identify potential issues early, and bring solutions rather than simply escalating problems
  • Help establish consistent service standards, workflows, documentation, and accountability across the concierge team
  • Coach and support developing team members who are progressing from financial planning into concierge or advisor roles
  • Partner with practice leadership to balance service capacity, assign work effectively, and improve the client experience
  • Protect confidential information and operate within all applicable practice and regulatory requirements Requirements
  • At least five years of wealth‐management, financial‐advisory, private‐banking, or comparable client‐service experience
  • Demonstrated success supporting advisors and affluent or high-net-worth client relationships
  • Active securities registrations, such as Series 7 and Series 63/65/66, are required; the exact combination will depend on assigned responsibilities
  • CFP, ChFC, CRPC, FPQP, or another relevant credential preferred
  • Working knowledge of investments, trading workflows, financial planning, account operations, and client-service best practices
  • Calm, confident communication and the judgment to handle sensitive or complex client situations
  • Leadership, mentoring, or team-coordination experience is required
  • A service-oriented career mindset; this role does not require building a personal book of business
