Job Description
Position Overview The Hospitality and Communications Leader serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming communications while providing administrative support to the team. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Marketing knowledge or interest is a plus. Front Desk & Administrative Responsibilities Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and communicate inquiries to the appropriate team members. Understand the intent of the call, answer questions, and determine appropriate connection and/or follow up. Welcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and guests, ensuring a positive experience. Coordinate hospitality for client visits, including arranging meals and refreshments as needed. Order and maintain office supplies and general office inventory. Coordinate and schedule team lunches, delivery lunches, and special events. Assist with administrative projects and data entry. Log client communications, inquiries, and lead information accurately within HubSpot. Support lead intake and assist with routing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Potential Marketing Support Responsibilities Assist the marketing team with day-to-day projects and initiatives. Support social media efforts, including content creation and scheduling. Assist with website updates and content management. Provide additional marketing support based on experience, interests, and company needs. Preferred Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional and client-focused demeanor. Proficiency with Google Suite preferred. Experience with social media platforms and basic marketing concepts preferred. HubSpot, Wordpress, Canva, or Adobe Suite experience is a plus. Photography, content creation, or website experience is a plus.
