Resort Security - Weekends Required

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be the first point of contact for guests entering the premises. Duties Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure safety and security for all guests and staff. Will work rotating shifts during the weekends (Friday - Sunday) and any major holidays Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action as needed. Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with inquiries and concerns. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences. Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary to address security issues. Conduct regular inspections of property grounds, including entrances, exits, and parking areas. Enforce policies and procedures while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Qualifications Previous experience in security is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally. Must be physically fit to perform patrol duties and respond quickly in emergencies.
