Job Description
Concierge Volante of Eugene Eugene, OR Part Time Sunday-Monday 6 AM to 2 PM We are looking for a Concierge to join our team! As our concierge, you'll be the superhero behind the front desk. Answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls with ease, while keeping a smile on your face. What you'll be doing: Greet arriving guests with a professional and friendly demeanor. Your warm welcome sets the tone for our community and leaves a lasting impression. You'll be the go-to for residents' needs and requests. Your attentive and caring nature will make their lives easier and more enjoyable. Maintain a daily resident log and resident emergency information, ensuring that every piece of data is well-organized and readily accessible. Answer emergency responder and fire alarm systems and take appropriate emergency steps. Your quick thinking and calm approach are crucial in times of need. You'll become a pro at scheduling residents' doctor appointments and activities, keeping everything running smoothly. Distribute written communications effectively, ensuring that information reaches the right hands. From making copies to providing information for billing, your administrative skills will be put to good use. What you'll bring to the table: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience working in a similar position Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Word and Excel Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
