Job Description
About the role Be the friendly, reliable first impression of Dragon Gym. You'll greet families, keep the front desk running smoothly, support trials and memberships, and help our coaches deliver a top-tier member experience. What you'll do Greet every guest within 5 seconds; learn names and make them feel welcome. Manage phones, texts, and email; schedule trials and answer program questions. Prep trial materials; check applications; coordinate with coaches for smooth intakes. Process payments (tuition, pro shop); keep cash/receipts accurate and logs complete. Keep lobby/desk/pro shop clean, organized, and stocked. Update attendance, notes, and contact info in our CRM same day . Support events (birthday parties, ninja nights, community fairs) as scheduled. What you bring 1+ year customer service/front desk/retail/hospitality (required). Clear, confident communication—especially with parents and kids. Organized, fast with data entry; solid Google Sheets/CRM comfort. Calm under pressure, coachable, and team-oriented.
Required upon hire:
PA background checks (Child Abuse, State Police). Preferred/within 60 days: CPR/First Aid. Schedule Evenings aligned to class times: Thursdays 3:00 pm- 7:15 pm. Friday 4:00 pm
- 6:30 pm . Saturday 8:00 am
- 11:00 am Occasional Saturdays/Sundays events (paid premiums).
Pay:
$18.00- $22.
