Client Concierge (On-Site) We are seeking a polished, professional, and personable On-site Client Concierge & Experience Specialist to become the face of our clinic and play a key role in delivering an exceptional luxury client journey. This is not a traditional front desk or reception role — we are looking for someone who naturally creates warm, memorable experiences while confidently supporting client retention, relationship building, and treatment sales. The ideal candidate is hospitality-driven, detail-oriented, sales-minded, and passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and client care. Key Responsibilities Welcome clients warmly and professionally from the moment they arrive Create a luxury experience that makes every client feel comfortable and valued Offer refreshments and ensure clients are attended to while waiting Escort clients to treatment rooms and ensure smooth handovers to practitioners Maintain a calm, polished, and welcoming clinic atmosphere at all times Client Journey & Administrative Support Ensure all client forms, consent documents, and information are completed accurately Confirm and securely capture payment/card details where required Coordinate appointments and assist with rebooking clients after treatments Support practitioners and management with seamless daily clinic operations Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions Sales & Retention Encourage repeat bookings and support client retention initiatives Assist in maintaining clinic sales and offering education on clinic programs Technology & Skin Imaging Operate and assist clients with our advanced skin imaging and analysis technology Develop a strong understanding of skin health, aesthetics, and treatment offerings Learning opportunities Learn latest natural skin enhancement Develop multiple skills working alongside qualified PA & a pharmacist ( our founder) Ample room for growth within aesthetics industry Requirements Previous experience in luxury hospitality, aesthetics, wellness, medical spa, premium retail, or client experience roles is essential.
