Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Manage scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow efficiently Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries Collect and post payments, verify insurance, and process forms accurately Support the clinical team with smooth daily operations Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered culture
