Duties Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies, dining spaces, and outdoor facilities Support event setups, including arranging furniture and equipment as needed Answer guest inquiries promptly and provide information about amenities and activities Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure environment for all guests and staff Skills Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a lively setting Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Eagerness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving Embark on an unforgettable summer journey where you'll develop professional skills, meet new friends, and create lasting memories!
