Concierge (5pm-8pm)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a warm, welcoming, and detail-oriented Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and team members. This role is responsible for creating a positive first impression, managing front desk operations. The ideal candidate brings professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet residents, families, team members, and visitors in a professional, warm, and inviting manner. Maintain a clean, organized reception area that supports a positive community experience. Deliver package to resident apartments. Professionally answer and direct phone calls. Manage front desk operations, guest sign-ins, and security measures. Assist with community communications through e-mail Build positive, ongoing relationships with residents, families, and team members while upholding ethics and integrity.
Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or reception preferred, ideally in senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or a similar setting. Professional, patient, and pleasant demeanor. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail. Technological proficiency (Microsoft Office, typing, printing, multi-line phone systems, etc.). Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Sound judgement and a strong ethical foundation in decision-making.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods. Ability to move comfortably and safely, which can include lifting, bending, stretching, squatting, etc. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
