The Concierge Greet visitors, answer questions and refers to staff members or departments to ensure that visitors are promptly served. Operate a multi-line telephone console and takes and relays messages and refers callers to proper staff members. Ensures that each guest and caller have excellent customer service experience. Requirements for the

Concierge:

Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and the operation of multi-line telephones and other basic office equipment. Be able to effectively interact with all visitors, residents, and staff.
