What You'll Do As an Economic Mobility Concierge, you will: Serve as the primary point of contact for participants throughout their workforce development journey. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify employment goals, barriers, strengths, and support needs. Develop individualized service plans and career pathways to help participants achieve self-sufficiency. Provide ongoing case management, coaching, and follow-up services. Connect participants with employment opportunities, education, training programs, and supportive services. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Commonwealth Workforce Development System (CWDS). Monitor participant progress and ensure compliance with program requirements and funding regulations. Collaborate with employers, training providers, community partners, and internal staff to support participant success. Assist participants in accessing resources related to housing, transportation, childcare, financial stability, and other barriers to employment. Experience using the Commonwealth Workforce Development System (CWDS) . Strong understanding of workforce development programs, participant engagement, and case management practices. Experience maintaining accurate records and documentation while managing multiple participant caseloads. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management databases. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to serving diverse populations and individuals facing barriers to employment.

Employment & Training Other workforce development programs Knowledge of employment barriers, supportive services, and economic mobility strategies. Experience with audits, compliance reviews, monitoring activities, and quality assurance. Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish preferred).
