 Concierge (Per Diem)

 Brandywine Upper Providence, Phoenixville, PA 19460

Employment Type:

Part time

Schedule Requirements:

Must be available for a minimum of 4 shifts per monthMust be available for at least one weekend shift and one holiday shift per month

Pay Range:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hourFinal compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary:

As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with inquiries, and support the overall hospitality experience within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist residents, families, and visitorsAnswer phones and direct calls appropriatelyProvide information and support for resident servicesMaintain a welcoming and organized front desk areaAssist with administrative tasks as needed

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalentPrior customer service or hospitality experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressureAdditional InformationBenefits Offered (for Part-Time Employees):
