Guest Service Concierge

Summary This position will assist in providing efficient and courteous Concierge services to all St. Clair Hospital patients and visitors. Must insure safety guidelines are adhered to and enforced. Candidate must have the ability to positively engage patrons, be self directed, assess needs and provide quality service. Effectively communicates and addresses the concerns of patrons under stressful situations. Minimum Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. Ability to multi task and prioritize work flow process. Strong oral presentation skills which will lend to positive engagement with visitors, patients and employees. Previous experience in a customer service-related position. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to withstand all environmental conditions.
