This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in building a long-term career in the automotive industry. No automotive service experience is required —we are looking for the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn. What You'll Do As a Service Concierge, you will be one of the first and last people our service customers interact with. Your job is to help create a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience from arrival through vehicle pickup.

Responsibilities include:

Greet customers promptly as they arrive in the service drive Record vehicle mileage and assist with documenting vehicle condition Introduce customers to their Service Advisor and help ensure a smooth handoff Pull completed vehicles around and have them ready for customer pickup Answer incoming service phone calls and assist customers with basic questions Send text messages and updates to customers on behalf of Service Advisors Assist Service Advisors with customer communication and other daily tasks Help maintain an organized, efficient, and customer-friendly service drive Work with the entire service team to provide an excellent customer experience What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers A strong communicator in person, over the phone, and through text Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment Organized and able to handle multiple tasks Willing to learn and take on additional responsibility Interested in developing a career, not just finding another job Able to maintain a valid driver's license and safely operate customer vehicles Benefits Legacy Kia of West Mifflin offers: Paid vacation 401(k) Employee vehicle purchase discounts Employee service discounts On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement A modern, recently renovated dealership and growing Service Department A Path to Becoming a Service Advisor We view the Service Concierge position as more than an entry-level job.
