Responsibilities:

Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls. Assist customers and route calls appropriately. Schedule appointments and follow up with customers. Update customer information in CRM systems. Provide excellent customer service and follow compliance procedures.

Requirements:

Spanish/English bilingual required High school diploma/GED Strong communication and listening skills Basic computer and data-entry skills Customer service/contact center experience preferred Flexible availability, including evenings/weekends.
