Role Overview We are hiring a Registered Nurse to join a small PRN support team providing low-volume virtual triage coverage nights and weekends for our primary care patients. Additionally, you will be trained to cover our onsite clinic nurse in Hampshire, IL for planned absences. Onsite coverage is not guaranteed and is paid hourly. Responsibilities Conduct virtual triage assessments and follow-ups. Provide holistic, member-centered guidance on health concerns. Deliver education, medication reconciliation, and pre/post-appointment support. Advocate for members to ensure appropriate care. Occasionally cover the onsite clinic nurse during weekday hours (sporadic). Maintain HIPAA compliance, professionalism, and confidentiality. Requirements Active, unrestricted Compact RN license (ADN accepted; BSN preferred). 7+ years hospital or clinical experience preferred (ED, Med-Surg, Cardiac, Primary Care). Comfortable with virtual care platforms; able to cover occasional in-person shifts. Current BLS certification.
