The Client Concierge will work with the Manager and Salon Owner to ensure client satisfaction and smooth salon operations. This is an in-person, part-time role with shifts available Tuesday-Saturday, approximately 15-20 hours a week.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting customers upon arrival, answering clients' questions about services via phone, email or in person and processing transactions. Being highly organized and managing clients with grace, even during peak times. Booking and confirming appointments via phone and email. Processing transactions (cash and credit cards) for clients. Answering questions about services and scheduling appointments based on availability. Updating client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the salon. Following salon opening and closing procedures with close attention to detail. Requirements and skills Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers and POS systems Familiarity with processing transactions Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a client-focused attitude Solid organization and record-keeping skills Strong attention to detail and professionalism An ability to remain calm under pressure High School diploma If you want to join a small team of passionate hair artists, let's chat!
