Duties Greet residents and visitors warmly, providing a professional first impression Monitor building access and ensure only authorized individuals enter the property Assist with inquiries, requests, and guest concerns during overnight hours Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports Respond promptly to emergencies or unusual situations, following site procedures Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations and a safe environment Provide personalized assistance to residents or guests as needed Qualifications Previous experience in concierge, hospitality, security, or customer service roles preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain alert and professional during overnight shifts Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks calmly Multilingual skills are a plus but not required This role invites dependable, service-oriented individuals who take pride in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and professional environment during overnight hours.
