Role:

Flo & Glo IV Wellness Lounge is looking for an experienced, outgoing, and polished Client Concierge / Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team in Northeast Columbia. This is much more than a traditional receptionist position. Our Client Concierge is one of the first and last people our clients interact with and plays an important role in creating the elevated, welcoming experience we want every client to have at Flo & Glo. We are specifically looking for someone with prior client concierge, hospitality, spa/medspa, medical front desk, or similar high-touch customer service experience, along with prior sales experience. The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys people, is comfortable starting conversations, builds relationships naturally, and understands how to turn great customer service into opportunities to educate clients about services, memberships, products, and promotions. We aren't looking for high-pressure sales. We are looking for someone who can listen to clients, understand their needs, confidently make recommendations, and help create an experience that keeps them coming back.

What You'll Do:

Welcome clients warmly and create an exceptional experience from arrival through checkout Manage client check-in/check-out, scheduling, phone calls, messages, and appointment inquiries Build relationships with new and existing clients Learn our wellness and aesthetic services and confidently educate clients about their options Identify opportunities to recommend appropriate memberships, packages, services, add-ons, and retail products Follow up with prospective and existing clients by phone, text, and other communication channels Process payments and maintain accurate client information, forms, and records Assist with retail sales, product displays, and merchandising Support our clinical and aesthetics teams and help manage client flow during busy periods Assist with social media engagement and content creation as business flow permits Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, polished, and welcoming lounge Participate in occasional community events, wellness events, bridal shows, and other promotional opportunities

What We're Looking For:

Prior client-facing experience and sales experience are important for this position.

Our ideal candidate has:

Previous client concierge, front desk, hospitality, spa/medspa, medical office, luxury retail, or similar high-touch customer service experience Previous sales experience , particularly selling services, memberships, packages, or retail products Strong communication and relationship-building skills A warm, friendly, confident, and outgoing personality The ability to comfortably initiate conversations and make recommendations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfort learning new technology and software systems A polished, professional presence appropriate for an upscale wellness and aesthetics environment Dependability, punctuality, and strong communication A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed An interest in health, wellness, skincare, and aesthetics

This is a part-time position with a primary schedule of Thursday through

9:00 AM-5:00 PM We are also looking for someone with flexibility to provide additional coverage on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:00 AM-6:00 PM as needed. As a growing small business, our staffing needs may occasionally change based on client demand, team coverage, events, and other business needs. Dependability, punctuality, flexibility, and reliable attendance are essential to this position.

Compensation & Perks:
