eXperience Ambassador The Member Experience Associate delivers a high-quality hospitality experience while supporting the daily operations of Venture X Downtown Columbia. This role combines front desk reception, member support, workspace operations, hospitality service, and administrative coordination. Key Responsibilities Reception & Member Experience
  • Welcome members, guests, and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately.
  • Manage visitor check-ins and notify members of arriving guests.
  • Build genuine relationships with members and create a welcoming community atmosphere.
  • Support members with day-to-day requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and care. Member Onboarding
  • Draft membership agreement and building forms for new member.
  • Coordinate with building and parking contacts for member access.
  • Assist with access credentials, technology setup, workspace information, and first-day readiness.
  • Ensure onboarding documentation, member records, and system updates are completed accurately. Hospitality & Workspace Operations
  • Open and close the kitchen and hospitality areas each day.
  • Prepare coffee station and keep beverages, refreshments, and hospitality supplies fully stocked.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of kitchens, lounges, and shared spaces.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Meeting Room Management.
  • Prepare meeting rooms before each booking.
  • Clean and reset meeting rooms and the demonstration office immediately after use.
  • Replenish amenities and confirm presentation technology is functioning properly. Office & Administrative Support
  • Process mail for virtual office members and private office members.
  • Scan in mail, forward mail, and submit additional billing requirements to AR.
  • Maintain the overall appearance of the workspace.
  • Complete daily walkthroughs to identify maintenance, cleanliness, or presentation concerns.
  • Restock office supplies and support light operational tasks.
  • Maintain member records and assist with administrative duties.
  • Support community events, marketing initiatives, and prospective member tours. Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web-based software.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, reception, coworking, hotels, or customer service preferred.
  • Experience with workplace management software, such as Nexudus or a similar platform, is an advantage but not required. Physical Requirements
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Perform light cleaning and workspace setup duties.
  • Operate office equipment, coffee machines, dishwashers, and kitchen appliances. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Process mail daily.
  • Deliver exceptional member service and hospitality.
  • Answer calls within three rings and respond promptly to internal and external emails.
  • Reset meeting rooms within 10 minutes of each booking.
  • Maintain kitchens and common areas to Venture X standards.
  • Complete new member onboarding within two days of move-in, preferably on move-in day.
  • Perform daily workspace inspections.
  • Support positive member engagement and online reviews.
