We are seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Guest Services Reservationist to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong knowledge of Clemson, Lake Keowee, and Lake Jocassee . As a Guest Services Reservationist, you'll assist guests with reservations, answer questions, provide local recommendations, and ensure every interaction reflects a five-star hospitality experience. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Manage reservations accurately and efficiently. Provide knowledgeable recommendations for local attractions, dining, outdoor recreation, and activities in Clemson, Lake Keowee, and Lake Jocassee. Deliver exceptional five-star customer service before, during, and after each guest's stay. Build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners, vendors, and local partners. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Adapt to changing daily priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism and a positive attitude. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding phone etiquette with a warm, professional demeanor. Proven commitment to providing five-star customer service. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and daily operational needs. Knowledge of Clemson, Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee, and surrounding attractions is highly preferred. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with guests, homeowners, vendors, and teammates. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, reservations, or customer service is preferred.
