Kingsport, TN 37660 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Concierge to join our Customer Service Department. The Service Concierge acts as the chief customer care advocate, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our high standards of service. This person will be the primary point of contact between customers and management, dedicated to resolving issues and enhancing customer loyalty before, during, and after visits. Key Responsibilities Manage the overall customer experience, making necessary adjustments to maximize satisfaction. Maintain strong communication with customers to address concerns throughout the sales and service process. Develop and maintain a customer follow-up system to encourage repeat business and referrals. Create and implement action plans to resolve problems by coordinating with appropriate departments. Participate in department meetings to share customer feedback and improve service quality. Provide backup support as needed to ensure seamless customer service. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements High school diploma or GED Demonstrated commitment to embodying company vision and exceeding customer expectations Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze performance and identify trends Outgoing and professional demeanor with high work ethic and dependability Effective communication skills with management and coworkers Working knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus Technologically proficient in using various communication methods preferred by customers Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite Basic familiarity with elead CRM system and Reynolds & Reynolds preferred Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Professional appearance Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
