Position Overview We are seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as High-Rise Concierge Security Officers . This position combines the responsibilities of a trained security officer with the hospitality and service standards expected within Nashville's premier residential communities. Officers must be approachable, observant, physically prepared, and capable of responding calmly and professionally in a variety of situations. Available Shifts Day, evening, and overnight shifts Weekdays and weekends Holidays On-call opportunities Full-time and part-time positions Key Responsibilities Maintain a visible, professional, concierge-style security presence Greet and assist residents, guests, vendors, and property personnel Monitor access points and enforce entry requirements Enforce site-specific rules, policies, and procedures Conduct routine patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and amenities Respond to non-emergency calls and resident concerns Observe, document, and report incidents, violations, and daily activity Assist with fire, medical, and other emergency-response situations Support the enforcement of HOA rules and community standards Communicate effectively with property management, emergency responders, and local agencies Protect confidential information and exercise sound judgment Deliver consistent, high-level customer service during every interaction What We're Looking For At BPA, we prioritize attitude, professionalism, integrity, and customer service .
