Qualifications English Full Job Description General Summary of Duties:
Responsible for booking and detailing groups requiring 24 rooms or fewer across all market segments. This role involves overseeing the planning and execution of events while understanding the client's needs and objectives and building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and revenue growth. Must be able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must also be able to communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders, to ensure that the event runs smoothly and is successful. Examples of Duties (including but are not limited to the following): Evaluate and secure business to achieve individual sales targets and contribute to departmental revenue goals. Maintain consistent, effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Track the progress of booked business and key accounts, ensuring alignment with sales standards and operational guidelines. Assist in creating and implementing initiatives to drive sales growth and profitability in assigned market areas. Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support departmental objectives.Position Requirements:
Ability to speak, read, write and understand English Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Thorough knowledge of and adherence to company policies, job protocols, and safety standards.Education:
Associate's degree or above in hospitality management or another related field is preferred but not required. Typical Physical /Mental Demands:
