In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning and sanitation of residential spaces. Your expertise in deep cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and equipment operation will ensure our environments are spotless, safe, and welcoming. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high standards of cleanliness while working in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. Duties Execute comprehensive cleaning procedures across multiple areas, including floors, surfaces, fixtures, and hard-to-reach spots to ensure maximum sanitation and cleanliness. Operate specialized cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, and industrial vacuums to achieve optimal results. Handle chemical agents safely by following proper procedures for storage, mixing, application, and disposal in accordance with safety protocols. lifting up to 25 pounds. Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, equipment maintenance, and safety checks to ensure compliance with health standards. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas requiring deep cleaning or maintenance attention. Support confidentiality and maintain high standards between employer and home. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and chemical handling safety procedures. Ability to perform lifting up to 25 pounds. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness during deep cleaning tasks Such as mopping floors, cleaning baseboards, appliances, and walls. Good customer service skills for interacting professionally with clients or facility staff when needed.
