Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Serve as the main point of contact throughout their stay to ensure all needs are met.
Personalized Service:
Anticipate guest needs and preferences to offer tailored recommendations for dining, activities, and local attractions. Use knowledge of guests' interests to create customized itineraries and experiences.
Reservations and Arrangements:
Coordinate and secure reservations for exclusive local attractions, dining experiences, and recreational activities. This includes liaising with high-end restaurants, spas, and entertainment venues to ensure guests receive VIP treatment.
Expert Knowledge of Local Area:
Maintain an extensive knowledge of the city, including cultural hotspots, events, seasonal activities, and hidden gems. Develop relationships with local businesses and influencers to provide guests with unique experiences.
Curated Experiences:
Design and implement special events or excursions for guests, such as guided tours, private tastings, or outdoor adventures, ensuring each experience is memorable and high-quality.
Problem-Solving:
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guests feel valued and attended to throughout their stay. Collaboration with
Departments:
Work closely with other departments (housekeeping, food and beverage, and event planning) to ensure seamless operations and enhance the guest experience.
Guest Communications:
Manage all guest communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, with a focus on providing timely and accurate information.
Feedback and Improvement:
Gather guest feedback and insights to continuously improve services and offerings, ensuring that Camp Lucy remains a top choice for luxury camping experiences. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in a concierge or high-level customer service role, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment. Extensive knowledge of the local area, including popular attractions, dining, and entertainment options. Established contacts within the industry are a strong plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and high-profile personalities effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and guest service. Proficient in using computer systems and reservation software; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
