Job Description

As Patient Greeter, you will ensure patients are greeted with a warm welcome and provide exceptional patient experience. You will be responsible for working with patients to schedule future appointments, introduce membership plans, check-out patients, and support the Team Leader to be prepare for the next day.
Office Administration:
Manage scheduling, organization, and patient experience with patients. Ensure the office is well-organized and supplies are stocked in the front office.
Client Relations:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Financial Management:
Oversee financial transactions, and process payments.
Qualifications:
3+ years of proven experience as a Patient Greeter in a dental environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with patients and staff. Proficient in MS Office. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Knowledge of CareStack highly preferred. Exceptional communication skills to keep doctors and hygienists on track to daily schedules. Spanish fluency highly preferred
