Location The Sinclair - 40 - Rooms About the opportunity The Bellperson is responsible for providing a warm, polished, and anticipatory arrival and departure experience for hotel guests, supporting luggage handling, guest assistance, and property orientation while delivering personalized service, clear communication, and professional hospitality consistent with a luxury boutique hotel environment. What you'll get to do
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure, creating a welcoming first and last impression.
- Assist guests with luggage, escorting them to and from guest rooms while providing property and room orientation.
- Communicate professionally with guests to anticipate needs, answer questions, and offer assistance in a discreet and service-oriented manner.
- Coordinate arrivals and departures with the front desk, concierge, and valet teams to ensure seamless service.
- Safely handle, transport, and store guest luggage with care and accountability. Skills and Experience
- Prior bell services, guest services, or hospitality experience in a luxury or boutique hotel preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, service-focused approach.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and courteous demeanor.
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and transportation options preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
