Field-based / On the road Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and personable Hospice Marketing Assistant to support our Business Development team and liaisons in building strong community relationships and growing our hospice services. This role plays a key part in coordinating events, assisting with patient intake processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for referral partners, patients, and families. Key Responsibilities Assist with planning, coordinating, and attending community events, health fairs, and facility visits Support Business Development Executives (BDEs) and liaisons with daily marketing activities Obtain and process patient consents and required documentation in a timely and compliant manner Build and maintain positive relationships with referral sources, facilities, and community partners Deliver marketing materials and ensure proper branding and supply inventory at partner locations Track and report on marketing activities, referrals, and follow-ups Assist with scheduling meetings, presentations, and in-services for referral partners Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM or EMR systems Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare partners Support administrative tasks related to marketing and intake as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Prior experience in healthcare marketing, hospice, home health, or medical office setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience Experience with hospice or home health marketing Familiarity with intake processes, insurance verification, or patient admissions Experience with CRM or EMR systems Event planning or coordination experience Benefits 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Mileage reimbursementPay:
