Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at Walden On Lake Houston Golf & Country Club in Humble, TX. The Job Title is responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality service to members and guests, supporting daily club operations, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with member check-in and inquiries, coordinating tee times or events, supporting food and beverage or clubhouse services, and ensuring that all areas of the club remain clean, orderly, and safe. The role collaborates with other team members to address member needs promptly, follow established policies and procedures, and uphold the standards of the club. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required based on busine ss needs. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with members, guests, and colleagues. Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail. Basic administrative and computer skills, including handling reservations, records, or point-of-sale systems. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing operational needs. Reliability and a strong work ethic, with the ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical tasks throughout the shift. Previous experience in hospitality, golf clubs, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
