3:00 PM-8:00

PM Saturday:

9:00 AM-2:00 PM (required) NADA Wax is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Wax Concierge to join our front desk team. This is not a sit-down-all-shift receptionist position. Our salon can be fast-paced, and our Wax Concierge plays an important role in keeping clients, appointments, and the salon running smoothly. What You'll Do Greet, check in, and check out clients Answer phones and assist with client questions Manage appointments and schedule changes Process payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer Communicate with Wax Specialists to keep appointments on schedule Assist with retail purchases Keep reception, guest areas, hallway, and restrooms clean and organized You're Probably a Great Fit If You Are dependable and show up on time Enjoy working with people Can multitask without getting overwhelmed Notice what needs to be done without always being asked Work with a sense of urgency Are comfortable staying busy throughout your shift Have strong customer service and communication skills Are looking for a long-term position , not a temporary job Previous customer service experience is required. Salon, spa, med spa, boutique, or front-desk experience is a plus. Bilingual is a plus. Saturday availability is required. Pay & Growth Starting pay is $15-$17/hour based on experience. NADA Wax believes in rewarding strong employees. Team members may be eligible for performance-based raises and advancement into Lead Wax Concierge or Assistant Manager positions.
