If Intrested, Please email: Info@Pkplano.com Role Summary As the first point of contact at Pickleball Kingdom, the Front Desk Staff is responsible for setting the tone for every guest's visit. This role combines customer service, sales, and facility coordination to ensure the "Kingdom" runs smoothly and every player has a seamless experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities Check-In & Reception:
Greet members and guests, manage the check-in process, and handle walk-in inquiries with a professional and friendly attitude.
Court & Class Scheduling:
Manage the reservation system for court rentals, private lessons, and group clinics; ensure players are directed to the correct courts on time.
Membership Sales:
Educate guests on membership tiers, perks, and pricing; assist in signing up new members and processing renewals.
POS & Retail:
Handle transactions for court fees, memberships, and pro-shop merchandise (paddles, apparel, drinks) using the Point-of-Sale system.
Facility Oversight:
Monitor the lobby and pro-shop areas for cleanliness and organization; assist with light opening/closing duties to keep the facility "game-ready."
