Job Description

Join a health-focused dental practice in Spring, TX dedicated to whole-body wellness and root-cause care. We care for a high-end patient population, including patients who travel to see us for treatment, and we're looking for a warm, upbeat Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator who can deliver a true concierge experience from the moment a patient walks in.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of dental office experience Cheerful, upbeat, and positive attitude Strong work ethic and experience-focused mindset Warm, friendly presence that anticipates patient needs Comfortable reviewing financials with patients and closing high-value treatment cases Familiar with managing treatment plans and scheduling Excellent communication and organizational skills Genuine interest in health and wellness as part of your own lifestyle — we look for team members who live the life we talk to our patients about Preferred Experience(a strong plus): fee-for-service dental practice cosmetic or biologic/holistic dental practice sales and high-end customer service This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on providing a concierge-level patient experience and wants to be part of a team practicing dentistry aligned with a whole-body, root-cause approach to health.
