Front Desk Associate -
Part Time, Evening Schedule Shift:
Mondays and Wednesday evenings, 5:00-8:00 PM Occasional additional shifts may be available
Wage:
Approximately 6 hours per week
Location:
In-person position in Spring, Texas Spring School of Music is hiring a friendly, dependable, and professional Part-Time Evening Front Desk Associate to assist students, families, and teachers. This position focuses on customer service, communication, scheduling, and enrollment. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable speaking with families, and able to help prospective students choose and schedule lessons. Responsibilities Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails Welcome students and families Help prospective families select appropriate lesson options Schedule lessons, trial lessons, make-up lessons, and appointments Assist current families with scheduling and basic account questions Follow up with prospective students and help complete enrollments Communicate schedule changes to families and teachers Update student and scheduling information in the school's system Complete occasional front desk projects and administrative tasks Assist with opening and closing the school Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Friendly and professional customer-service skills Comfortable discussing lesson options and encouraging enrollment Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable learning scheduling and student-management software Able to work independently Preferred Experience Front desk or receptionist experience Scheduling or appointment-setting experience Experience communicating with customers by phone, text, and email
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
