Minimum of $60/hr Concierge Nurse Services is expanding to Utah, and we are looking for exceptional Registered Nurses to help us launch. Concierge Nurse Services is a highly trusted, concierge-level nursing company based in the greater Seattle area. In Seattle, we have built a reputation as the go-to private nursing team for high-end post-operative recovery, cosmetic surgery support, IV therapy, and in-home nursing care. We work with clients who expect professionalism, discretion, excellent communication, and elevated clinical care. Now, we are bringing that same standard to Utah. We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses in the Draper and greater Salt Lake area who want to be part of something from the ground up. This will likely be a slow start as we build relationships with local surgery centers, plastic surgeons, and medical tourism clients, but it is an exciting opportunity to join CNS as we expand into a brand-new state and establish ourselves as the premier concierge post-op nursing team in Utah. About the Role Our Post-Operative RNs provide private, in-home, hotel, or Airbnb-based recovery support for clients following cosmetic and elective surgery procedures. Many of our clients are recovering from procedures such as mommy makeovers, tummy tucks, breast surgery, liposuction, facelifts, and other plastic surgery procedures. This role is ideal for an RN who is confident, polished, clinically strong, and comfortable working independently in a private setting. Post-op experience is strongly preferred. Emergency room experience is also highly valued. The ideal candidate would have both. Responsibilities May Include Providing one-on-one post-operative monitoring and recovery support Monitoring vital signs, pain level, nausea, mobility, hydration status, and overall recovery presentation Assisting with safe ambulation, toileting, positioning, comfort measures, and basic recovery needs Monitoring dressings, drains, swelling, bleeding, and other post-operative concerns within RN scope Assisting with medication reminders or administration as appropriate and ordered Communicating clearly with the client, family, CNS leadership, and surgical team when needed Recognizing red flags and escalating concerns appropriately Providing a calm, confident, luxury-level experience for clients during a vulnerable recovery period Maintaining accurate and timely documentation Who We Are Looking For We are looking for an RN who is clinically sharp, professional, reliable, and warm. This is not traditional facility nursing. Our nurses are working privately with clients who are often recovering in high-end homes, hotels, or short-term rentals, and the standard of service matters just as much as the clinical skill. The right nurse will be comfortable walking into a private home or hotel room and taking ownership of the recovery environment in a calm, safe, and professional way. Ideal Qualifications Active Utah RN license in good standing Post-operative, PACU, plastic surgery, surgical recovery, or cosmetic surgery experience preferred Emergency room experience strongly preferred Comfortable working independently in private homes, hotels, and Airbnb settings Strong assessment skills and excellent clinical judgment Professional, polished, and calm under pressure Excellent communication skills Reliable transportation Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor Schedule This is an as-needed contracted position. There are no guaranteed hours at this time. Because CNS is just beginning to expand into Utah, cases may be sporadic at first. However, we are looking for nurses who are excited about the opportunity to grow with us as we build our presence in the Draper and greater Salt Lake area.
