Jackson's Hideaway is an exclusive private ski club located at the base of Park City Mountain and Canyons Village. We pride ourselves on offering a luxurious, welcoming experience to our members and their guests. We're looking for energetic, professional team members who embody high-end hospitality and enjoy the mountain lifestyle.

Position Overview:

As part of the Jackson's Hideaway team, you'll provide exceptional service to members while helping ensure smooth day-to-day club operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding, personalized customer service to club members and guests Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the club on a daily basis Serve food and beverages in a professional, attentive manner Communicate comfortably and professionally with high-net-worth individuals Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve problems as they arise Assist with gear handling and club operations (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs) Collaborate with teammates to create a smooth, enjoyable experience for all members

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and hospitality skills Previous experience in the ski or resort industry is a plus Ability to ski or snowboard preferred Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Reliable, professional, and positive attitude
