Job Summary:
The Concierge Attendant ensures guests receive exemplary service and personalized attention throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide guests with information about local attractions, restaurants, entertainment, and transportation. Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Liaise with other hotel departments (housekeeping, front desk, F&B) to ensure seamless guest service. Maintain updated knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and area events. Ensure the concierge desk is well-organized and well-stocked with brochures, maps, and information materials.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred. Minimum 2 years' experience in concierge or front office roles, with 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Strong knowledge of local area attractions, culture, and events. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in hotel software systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and handle guest concerns diplomatically. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The pay range for this role is: 15 - 16 USD per hour(Provo Marriott)
