Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Front Desk & Concessions Associate to join our team at our brand new 9-court indoor pickleball facility. This position is the first point of contact for members and guests, creating a welcoming environment while managing both front desk and concessions responsibilities.

CURRENTLY HIRING FOR 7AM TO

NOON and 5PM to 10PM shifts

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in players, guests, and event attendees Manage court reservations, memberships, and program registrations Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries Handle payments, cash register, and point-of-sale system Prepare and serve concessions, including snacks and beverages Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk, lounge, bathrooms and concession areas Restock inventory and assist with supply orders Support facility events, tournaments, and special programs as needed Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all visitors Other duties may be assigned as needed

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic cash handling and computer skills Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or food service a plus Enthusiasm for pickleball or willingness to learn about the sport All Employees are eligible for a complimentary Employee Membership to play in the facility and will be encouraged to be part of our pickleball community.
