Position Highlights Full-Time:

40 hours per week

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM-8:00 PM No weekends or rotating schedule Outpatient pharmacy environment No insurance verification No cash register responsibilities Patient-focused setting with convenient self-checkout technology Employee position with a comprehensive benefits package Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and additional benefits available What You'll Do As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play an important role in supporting our pharmacy team and providing quality service to our patients.

Responsibilities include:

Provide professional, friendly customer service to patients Prepare and process medications accurately and efficiently Receive and verify prescriptions Assist pharmacists with daily pharmacy operations Dispense medications according to established procedures Complete and maintain patient paperwork and documentation Assist with medication inventory and stocking Help maintain an organized, efficient, and patient-focused pharmacy environment What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED At least 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience Current PTCB certification Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the Commonwealth of Virginia Current BLS certification Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient service Ability to work effectively as part of a pharmacy team Why Spectrum Healthcare Resources?
