We are seeking an organized, personable, and motivated Studio Coordinator to help lead our daily operations while providing an outstanding experience for our students, families, and teachers. The Studio Coordinator plays an important role in student enrollment, retention, scheduling, and ensuring the studio operates smoothly each day. 3:00 PM - 9:00
PM Friday:
3:00 PM - 7:00 PM Additional hours may be required for recitals, special events, or seasonal programs on weekends. What You'll Do Student & Family Experience Welcome students and families and create a warm, professional atmosphere Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly Conduct studio tours for prospective families Build relationships with students and parents while providing exceptional customer service Resolve scheduling questions and parent concerns professionally Enrollment & Growth Guide prospective families through the enrollment process Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into enrolled students Explain lesson programs, tuition, and school policies Support student retention and re-enrollment initiatives Assist with marketing events and community outreach as needed Studio Operations Manage lesson scheduling, rescheduling, and attendance Maintain accurate student records using studio management software Process enrollment paperwork and billing adjustments Support teachers with daily operational needs Open and/or close the studio as scheduled Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility Assist with special events, recitals, and seasonal programs We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoys working with children and families Professional, dependable, and takes initiative Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Goal-oriented with a desire to help grow the school A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships Confident discussing tuition and helping families choose the right program A collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving skills Qualifications Minimum 2 years of customer service, administrative, retail, or front desk experience Sales, enrollment, or hospitality experience preferred Music background preferred (private lessons, performing, teaching, or formal music training) Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Comfortable using computers and learning new software Ability to remain calm and professional while managing multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a music school, arts organization, education, or youth program Experience with CRM, scheduling, or studio management software Leadership or supervisory experience Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay starting at $19/hour (based on experience) Performance-based commission and bonus opportunities Opportunities for professional growth and advancement The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in students' musical journeys every day
