Primary Job Responsibilities Assist residents and guests with information about nearby shopping, dining, entertainment, recreational activities, and other local services. Receive, organize, secure, and distribute packages, groceries, flowers, mail, luggage, and other deliveries. Assist with resident requests involving the pickup, delivery, or transportation of items. Coordinate loaner equipment and supplies for residents, including fans, heaters, and battery chargers. Provide basic business services such as scanning, emailing, copying, and shipping documents or packages. Welcome residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Verify and announce visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with building procedures. Respond promptly to resident questions, requests, and concerns and follow up as needed. Follow established procedures when handling emergencies, complaints, and other sensitive situations. Receive and accurately log packages in BuildingLink, ensuring timely and proper distribution. Handle perishable deliveries, including groceries, meals, flowers, and food boxes, with appropriate urgency and care. Follow all key control procedures and maintain strict accountability for building keys and access devices. Failure to follow key control procedures may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Schedule and manage reservations for amenity spaces, freight elevators, parking areas, and resident loaner items. Conduct regular perimeter and building checks and document observations in the shift log at required intervals. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby and front desk area, including keeping the coffee station stocked and presentable. Assist with welcoming new residents and coordinating move-ins, including elevator reservations and personalized welcome notes. Maintain accurate records and communicate important information to management and other departments. Use BuildingLink and other building systems to document resident requests, package activity, reservations, and daily operations.
