Compensation:
$20-$25 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a professional, personable, and service-oriented Concierge to join our team in McLean, Virginia. This entry-level position is ideal for recent college graduates or individuals looking to begin a career in customer service, hospitality, office administration, or corporate services. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and employees, creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting daily operational needs. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Manage front desk operations and maintain a polished reception area.
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
Coordinate visitor check-in procedures and issue guest badges as needed.
Schedule conference rooms and assist with meeting logistics.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
Provide information regarding building amenities, services, and local resources.
Assist with event coordination and office hospitality services.
Maintain accurate visitor logs and administrative records.
Respond promptly to requests and resolve routine issues with professionalism.
Partner with facilities, security, and office management teams to support daily operations.
Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree preferred; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Teams.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, internship, or front desk experience.
Experience working in office, hotel, residential, or corporate environments.
Familiarity with visitor management or scheduling systems.
