What You'll Do Welcome and engage residents, guests, and team members in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth. Direct calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments and associates. Share information and promote community programs, events, and activities. Monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond appropriately. Support the Business Office Manager with administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, filing, and data entry.
