We're looking for a Wellness Center Concierge who shares our passion for wellness and sports and loves helping people achieve their goals. In addition to Concierge duties, you will also assist with marketing tasks including community outreach and social media. What You'll Do Welcome clients like they're teammates — creating a positive first impression and developing lasting relationships. Listen to client stories, learn their goals, and recommend wellness plans that deliver results. Confidently introduce and promote services, memberships, and retail products to enhance their journey. Develop and execute membership sales plans Assist and develop community outreach plans Assist with marketing tasks including social media Manage service bookings and ensure a smooth, supportive client experience in a state-of-the art wellness lounge. Assist in promotions, events, and creative outreach to grow our wellness community. Keep our space clean, organized, and inviting — a true place to feel better. Stay ahead of the game by participating in ongoing training on services, products, and sales skills. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or higher. Outgoing, confident communicator who loves building relationships. 2+ years of proven membership sales / sales success in hospitality, wellness, sports, or a related field. Comfort with initiating conversations, educating clients, and closing sales. Highly organized, collaborative, and goal-driven. Genuine passion for wellness, recovery, and helping others live healthier lives. Bonus Points For Additional education or certifications in wellness, sports, or fitness. Additional membership sales experience. Previous collegiate athletic experience Photography and videography skills Perks & Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance. Paid time off.
