Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring the smooth flow of communication
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Execute data entry tasks, keeping patient records up-to-date and accurate
- Correspond via email, providing clear and concise information to patients and team members
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and enhance their experience
- Employ Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to manage and organize files
- Schedule appointments, ensuring a well-coordinated flow of patients
- Adapt to varied shifts, demonstrating flexibility and commitment
- Use your experience in customer-facing roles such as cashiers, bartenders, waiters, waitresses, etc.
