Job Description
Founded in 1966, Friendship offers diverse senior living accommodations, award-winning care, new and innovative services, as well as specialized rehab and therapy, to over 1,500 residents and patients each day. Friendship is looking for a Full-Time Concierge to join our Richfield team at The Oaks, located in Salem, VA. The Concierge is responsible for greeting and directing all visitors and callers of the facility. They ensure that all persons entering the facility (staff, vendors, guests, and residents) are following the correct procedures for building and resident safety.
Pay:
$15.00 per hourRoles & Responsibilities:
Support daily customer service operations and activities; greet all incoming persons, direct all visitors and vendors to appropriate areas. Maintain a daily log of events. Follow procedures and protocols in the event of an emergency Full and complete knowledge of Fire Drill, Bomb Threat, Hostage Plan, Workplace Violence, and Severe Weather policies and procedures. Answer all incoming calls courteously and in a timely fashion; ensures all calls are directed correctly. Performs basic administrative functions.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required 6 months Customer Service experience preferred Must possess basic computer skills and be familiar with basic office equipment Must possess excellent phone/communication skills While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
