Job Description

Partner with senior business leaders and executives to define and execute HR strategies that align with business goals, driving organizational performance and operational effectiveness. Provide thought leadership on key HR initiatives, advising leadership on best practices related to workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development. Leverage data to guide talent and performance decisions, enhancing the organization's ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Foster a collaborative, high-impact HR team culture focused on delivering results and supporting the business's strategic goals. Continuously evaluate and improve HR programs, policies, and practices to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Align with key HR stakeholder leaders to assess intersectionality of initiatives, address current and/or anticipated challenges, and maintain transparency. Serve as a trusted advisor, influencing business decisions through a deep understanding of business operations, industry trends, and HR analytics, while also advising on complex business issues. Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and ensuring the team is aligned with business goals and equipped to execute HR initiatives effectively.
Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Frontline HR Support:
Provide a single point of contact team, greet and assist candidates and family members with HR inquiries, providing accurate guidance on leave options, eligibility, career opportunities, talent acquisition processes, job requirements, and other HR policies.
Self-Service Assistance:
Offer "white glove" support using HR systems, mobile apps, and other self-service tools to help team members manage their HR needs independently if they choose.
Employee Onboarding:
Manage the onboarding process, including orientation, documentation, and integration into the team.
Recruitment Process Management:
Support the recruitment process, including candidate follow-up, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Leave Management:
Assist with leave requests, approvals, and policy explanations.
Event Coordination:
Support HR-related events and team engagement activities.
Process Improvement:
Identify and suggest improvements to HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
HR Legal Compliance:
Ensure all HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Administrative Support:
Maintain an organized workspace, manage personnel records, and handle data entry. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 10+ years of relevant professional experience required
Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in
Human Resource Management Experience:
7+ years of HR Leadership with global presence; experience with HR systems and self-service tools is required.
Skills:
Strong communication, time management, and client interaction skills; ability to multitask and prioritize.
Other:
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook; experience with recruitment systems and applications support.

Pay Transparency Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
